Seeing as how I've been posting more pictures than words lately, I thought I would keep up the trend. Although I do have a few words to add this time around...

On Thursday night, I had these two lovely friends over for dinner and catching up.

Being of the female gender, our conversation inevitably led to what else?...

A discussion regarding men.

And what I found most interesting about our conversation wasn't so much about the men themselves, but about our own cultural (or personal?) differences/preferences.

Perhaps.

This is where you (my readers) come in. The conundrum is this...

*If you were to go out with someone,
would you prefer them to be funny or attractive?
('Both' is not an option.) *

For example: Jack Black vs. Matthew McConaughey?

I'll give you all some time to answer and then I'll think about explaining our discussion and lessons in anthropology.

Seriously, being funny trumps looks.

....serious about liking humor...hmm...I'm full of contradictions!

my first thought was a funny guy will be funny longer than a hot guy will be hot. :) I think I vote for funny...I mean the funniness doesn't cover over so much as looking like the hunch back etc but it can cause me to feel chemistry and be comfortable more than hotness can :)

i think jack black would be over the top in real life if he's like he is in movies.

Funny definitely.

Although gosh, I hope I never have to choose between Jack Black and Matthew McConaughey. What a dilemma. It'd be like a rose ceremony or something...keep me and the audience guessing until the end.
