So today is kind of like my country's version of a 'snow day' as we've been on lockdown since yesterday afternoon. Apparently there was a strong enough kidnapping threat of a foreigner in the city that the military even stepped in and warned us not to leave our homes until further notice.
Interesting.
That means that today, instead of going out to the village, I've been lounging around in my pajamas and bed head working on writing proposals and budgets while enjoying all of the creature comforts of home (which includes, of course, but is not limited to, more cups of coffee than humanly necessary).
All on this unexpected day of being forced to stay inside.
