regarding your lack of Novocaine: you do realize the country you're in manufactures and ships narcotics to the whole world, right? You can probably get it anywhere!
J-You are probably right about that. The pain has decreased today, so I think I'm good with ibuprofen and Tylenol PM for now. Thanks for the reminder though! :)
So were these pictures taken before or after you took your medication?
