Ode to "RENT"

525,600 minutes...

In a year.

2,880 minutes...

Until I see my long-lost friends (and college roomie) Amy and her husband, Scott..whereby I'm sure lots of talking, laughing, reminiscing, story-telling, and, did I mention, laughing will ensue.

3,600 minutes...

Until I meet up with my other long-lost friends, John & Stef, in NYC!....hanging out in "the city," catching a Broadway Show. ....Yeah, we're so cool.

15 minutes (give or take a few)...

Until I go to bed.

5 minutes...

Until my head explodes for doing this much math!!!

Wow, I can't believe it! I was just asking Brooke Castaneda if she had any idea where you might be. It was so great to see that you are well and as beautiful as ever. I know this comment has nothing to do with your post, but I am just so excited to know how things are, a little, in your life. You three girls in Chicago look so very happy, it makes me miss you all a great deal. I hope that you will read this before you see Amy. Please tell her I said hello. I'd really like to catch up a bit, if you have time. Feel free to email me, josie.warren.svkp@statefarm.com. Perhaps we can chat about scrapping!! ;-)

I like the Math too. I guess I'm not your only friend who is a Math Geek! Does this mean you are seeing RENT in NYC? See ya on the TODAY show. Tell Katie hi for me.

Whoa...Josie! Long time no see! Great to hear from you! I'll try and write you soon, although these days I'm pretty terrible at it. I did just hear from Brooke today as well. What fun! Next time I'm in Bloomington, I'll look you girls up! For now, I'll tell Amy hi for you and we'll try to catch up soon.

Cliff...I guess I have this thing for Math Geeks. Maybe it's my stupidity with the subject matter that draws me to friends like you and Trix? I don't know what show I'm seeing in NYC...but I did see a commercial for the new movie coming out and I guess I was inspired? I'll give Katie your love though. See you when I get back!
